Welcome to SolsticeCasinoResorts. By booking or using our casino hotel and hotel resort services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read carefully.
1. Definitions

“Resort”: encompasses our casino hotel and resort properties, including gaming floors, accommodations, restaurants, spas, and other amenities.

“Guest”: individuals who stay, play, dine, or use our casino and hotel resort services.

“Booking”: reservation of rooms or packages.

“Casino Services”: gaming services such as slots, table games, poker, high-limit rooms, promotions, and loyalty programs.
2. Reservations & Payments

Reservations are subject to availability, rate terms, and deposit requirements.

Rates quoted exclude taxes, fees, and optional add-ons.

Payment requires valid credit card or payment method. We reserve the right to pre-authorize for deposits and incidental charges at check-in.
3. Cancellations & No-Show

Cancellation terms vary by rate. Standard rates allow free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival; non‑refundable/special rates require full prepayment and are non‑cancelable.

No-shows or early departure can be charged the full stay or a penalty per your rate’s policy.
4. Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in from 3:00 PM; checkout by 11:00 AM. Early/late requests incur fees. Photo ID and payment method required.

Guests must present valid ID and be at least 18 or 21, depending on local gaming law, to access casino and hotel resort services.
5. Guest Conduct
Guests agree to:

Comply with local laws and casino rules.

Show respect to staff and other guests.

Refrain from illegal acts.

Understand disruptive behavior or disorderly conduct may result in eviction without refund.
6. Gaming Policy

Must meet legal age (typically 21+).

Casino services subject to house rules and gaming commission regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse play, revoke comps or loyalty, or exclude guests violating policy or suspected of wrongdoing.

Responsible gaming programs available—guests may self-exclude or set limits.
7. Loyalty & Promotions

Reward eligibility, points, and tier availability are defined in loyalty program descriptions.

Comps, free play, or resort credits may be revoked or adjusted for suspected abuse.

Benefits non-transferable and subject to expiration.
8. Third‑Party Services

The resort may feature third-party vendors (spa, restaurants, tours). Purchases from third parties follow their terms.

SolsticeCasinoResorts is not liable for third-party acts or omissions.
9. Limitation of Liability

We strive for guest safety but are not liable for injuries, losses, theft, or damages unless due to gross negligence or willful misconduct.

We disclaim any liability for event cancellations (e.g. weather, vendor fault).

For disputes, our maximum aggregate liability is limited to twice your total paid charges.
10. Intellectual Property

All site content, trademarks, logos, images, designs are owned or licensed by SolsticeCasinoResorts.

Guests may use materials privately but not reproduce, distribute, or exploit them commercially.
11. Privacy Reference
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. By using our resort, guests consent to data collection and usage in accordance with that policy, especially for booking, gaming, and marketing.
12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration per the rules in our jurisdiction.

Governing law: applicable to the location where the casino hotel is operated, e.g., Nevada Revised Statutes.

Arbitration performed in the relevant county/city. Class-action waiver included.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failures due to events outside our control (natural disasters, strikes, regulatory restrictions, pandemics, etc.). In such cases, we may postpone services or offer credit.
14. Amendments
We may update these Terms, especially when adding new casino hotel and resort amenities. Guests will be notified via posted updates. Continued use implies acceptance of revised Terms.
15. Severability
If any clause is invalid under law, the rest remain enforceable and valid.
